Scope of work: Sydney Stonemasons were engaged to carry out Heritage Restoration Work at 25 King Street Sydney. The work was subcontracted from Stonemasons & Artist Pty Ltd. The work was completed to competing Architectural Heritage Standards. The project scope consisted of removal of eroded sandstone, supply and Install indents to match the existing. Desalination of facade. Re-pointing and mortar repair to the facade. Supply and Installation of new Sandstone. Light Steam clean to facade. Supply and Installation of new flashing to roof.
